The training is always physically challenging, great cardio and above all INTERESTING! If you’re thinking about stepping into a fight gym… come on down If you’ve walked past and wondered what goes on in there… come on down If you’ve any kind of interest in keeping fit but find normal gyms a bit dull… come on down. Luke Shevlin Simply put, Sifu Ding is the most highly skilled Tai Chi teacher I have ever had the honour to meet in my decades of martial arts practise. His skills and understanding of Tai Chi are profound and will change the way you approach this wonderful art. The classes themselves are great, full of dedicated and enthusiastic practitioners all willing to share and help you grow. I feel very lucky to be learning under Sifu Ding and his senior students and highly encourage anyone wishing to learn an authentic and powerful Tai Chi system to give it a try.

Kay Pitu Honestly a lot better than expected! The life guards did a splendid job all day. The Italian lifeguard was super friendly and saved a girl today.. the whole team was super organised, efficient and professional. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. Facilities where very very clean the pool too. I have absolutely nothing to say.. maulybe just the lack of umbrellas by the sun bathing area on the members area.. it would be nice to have it but I guess could be seen as a hazard with no stafg assigned to that area.. but then again put a warning up to close them if windy or be fined.. I booked for 3 hrs at the sunbathing area for £30 from 10-1 and ended up staying a bit longer but the security guard was very nice and professional and because either was not too busy he didnt keep me out straight away.

Aristotle Bancale Its a gym! Most like any other gym. The branding. The classes. The equipment. The vibe. These things make it different. Its not 24/7. Its a 6am-11pm thing on most days. Peak hours will be busy, thats pretty much anywhere popular and central. Its Elephant and Castle FFS. You cant expect it to have anything else but E&C population. You get what you signed up for. Its a gym with a sauna. If you dont know what Im on about, thats the reason youre moaning about it in Google Maps. Have a little more street smarts and go to the dozen other gyms around, at least one a few minutes walk in any direction from Gymbox.
