Christel I did the 1-1 combo lash course here with Georgia and I honestly couldnt recommend it enough. She provided me with so much useful information and tips that you cant just find on the internet. Taylor Louise Partner booked a spa day and upgraded massage for us, it came with afternoon tea and full use of the spa amenities. From the get-go, the staff were friendly, welcoming and informative, giving us a short tour and explaining everything. They handed over a robe, towel and slippers in a reusable bag and also let us know we had a complimentary gift that we could pick up when leaving. Im coeliac and was apprehensive about the cream tea (if you know, you know) but the staff reassured me they had taken as best care as possible to not cross contaminate anything. The scones were actually really delicious and big (I definitely binned my diet this day because I scoffed down both of them,.plus all the cream and jam!!) and the coffee was pretty good too. The pool was the perfect temperature and depth, not too busy at all either. The saunas were really relaxing and I fell asleep on the heated loungers - so comfortable. There were cold showers in the pool area too, as well as a small foot spa but we didnt try them. Everything was really clean and tidy. The massage was amazing too. I felt so relaxed after, my partner hadnt seen me so at ease. Never had one before so Im not sure what to compare it too but I can wholehearted say Id come back just for that alone - thank you Sophie!!! We had such a lovely day and would definitely recommend, especially if theres an offer on. 5/5*

Helen Eugene Absolutely love going to Bellas Nails and Spa. The staff are incredibly kind and patient. No matter what design I ask for, they always outdo themselves. Great prices and the best service. Shout out to Kai for my gorgeous nails.

Karen Wilson Sofie has been doing my nails and eyebrows for a long time now. I always feel so comfortable with her and she always makes sure Im happy before she leaves. Sofie cares about her customers and the services she delivers, she listens and genuinely takes interest in you. My nails always last well and colour / design stays. I always highly recommend Sofie to everyone!

Rochelle Bayley Martina is a brilliant! My lashes last for 3 weeks plus. Pervious set to current lasted 6 weeks. Great value for money, pleasant experience and superb ladies. Lovely, clean beauty parlour. Brilliant to see and hear the beauty shop is doing so well! Well worth a visit. App available for appointments, makes life quicker.

Taliaa Vanilla I have been coming to the beauty stop for several years now and I must say that the treatment services provided (waxing, eyebrows) is fantastic! The staff here are very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I specifically get my treatments done by a fab lady called Sweetie (highly recommended booking with her). She is very consistent and thorough and handles my sensitive skin with care when doing a full body wax - providing helpful advice. I really like the price of treatments as it’s affordable especially in this economy where prices are continuously rising. The store itself appealing interior wise, clean and spacious! I will continue to come to this store and again will urge friends and family to check out Emma’s beauty!
