I had a manicure with a simple polish two weeks ago. My nails chipped within a day, whilst usually would last for about 3-5 days without chipping.
The experience was unpleasant because the manager chased a client to the cash point and was then behaving aggressively towards her, because the client had only had 4 shellac nails removed and had a plain manicure after, and was being charged for removal of a full set of shellac nails. I felt sorry for this customer and would have walked away, but my hands were already being done and I did not feel comfortable with the manager being so aggressive
