1 /5 Armik Rahnema: Iām extremely disappointed with the ongoing situation in the menās changing room at this gym.
For over two months, there has not been a single functioning locker with a working key in the menās area. Despite this, members are still being charged in full, with no warning, notice, email, or signage to alert customers before they arrive. This is not acceptable ā people come to a gym expecting basic facilities to function.
What makes this worse is the clear imbalance between facilities. The ladiesā changing room is maintained to an almost 5-star standard, while the menās facilities are neglected ā despite the gym floor being overwhelmingly male (easily 9 or 10 men to every 1 woman). The disparity is baffling and frankly ridiculous.
Adding to the frustration, entrance/front-desk staff appear completely indifferent. Each time the issue is raised, customers are met with vague excuses, shoulder shrugs, or āweāre waiting on partsā ā with no ownership, urgency, or empathy. Itās clear the staff are not trained in basic customer experience or complaint handling, which only amplifies the poor experience.
You canāt continue taking customersā money while failing to provide fundamental facilities and pretending the problem doesnāt exist. At the very least, members should be clearly informed until the issue is resolved.
Unless this is addressed properly and urgently, I wouldnāt recommend this gym.
