I was really nervous coming here on the first time, it was my first time learning self defence and I was really surprised to see how nice everyone here is especially the coaches Matt and Joey! I gained a lot of confidence in self defence coming here and now I can proudly say I have been training here for over a year, great gym, great people! Would recommend!

The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and supportive, making it easy to feel at home even if youre new to martial arts. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and always pushing me to reach my full potential. Theyre great at tailoring the workouts to individual fitness levels and goals. Whether youre looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, or compete in the ring, this is the perfect place to do it. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the classes are always challenging and fun. Ive seen a significant improvement in my fitness, strength, and overall well-being since joining. If youre considering trying Muay Thai, I highly recommend giving North side gym a shot. You wont be disappointed!
