5 /5 Alice Smyth: Absolutely amazing experience today with Oxana. Called up in hope of a last minute appointment before my holiday tomorrow, and they were able to accommodate! Oxana listened to my needs and concerns with my hair being so damaged but as I didn’t want it cut too short, she was able to make it appear healthier, thicker and glossier with a cut wash blow dry and Olaplex treatment. She was so attentive, caring and a friendly person, I will definitely be coming back soon for another trim and treatment. Such lovely salon too, the decor is gorgeous and the products they use smell and feel fresh, lightweight and natural. Thanks so much guys xx

I asked for long layers, and she nailed it perfectly. For context, I’ve been in the UK for about 2.5 years now, and I usually wait until I go back home to India for a haircut because I’ve always been oddly loyal to my hairdresser there. But this time, my trip isn’t until April, and my hair had gotten way too long to manage and let’s just say, I don’t need to wait anymore because I’ve found my new go-to here! Oxana’s not just great at what she does, she’s genuinely lovely to talk to. Even though English isn’t her first language, she still made the effort to chat, ask questions, and share a bit about herself which made the whole experience feel so warm and personal.

He took his time to complete a thorough consultation so that I got the exact haircut I wanted. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and not rushed - incredibly welcoming environment. His wife was lovely as well and gave the best head massage. I have definitely found my new hairdresser! Absolutely fantastic. Thank you again Kenji ☀️☺️
