5 /5 Rochelle Marsden: Ive been coming to this Salon just over a year now. My nail tech Tina is AMAZING. She is so welcoming and funny, she always offers me a beverage or some sweets. Tina always gives me the best tips to look after my nails inbetween appointments. Her work is always clean, level and consistent. Ive never had to complain or correct her. The shop has beautiful decor and the whole team are a vibe whenever I go. Theres plenty of parking too. I wont be going anywhere else as I highly recommend their services especially Tinas.

5 /5 Jamie Marsh: My sister took me here for a special occasion set, also my first time getting acrylics done. After raving about it for years I can see why she loves it so much! The salon was beautiful and clean, the environment was welcoming and the staff were so kind. Big H did my nails exactly as I pictured them and was accommodating when I wanted to make a last second change. Thank you very much to the team at No 2, I will definitely be coming back again!

Big H always meets my expectations perfectly—he really understands how I like my nails done and takes the time to offer different options to help me decide on the final look. Even though the choice is always mine in the end, his input really helps bring it all together. The results are always flawless. Highly recommend!

3 /5 desriee asomuyide: Staff were very friendly and chatty, the space was so nice. I booked for an afternoon appointment, they called 15 minutes before to cancel. I agreed to another appointment and said I was running 5/10 late and said they would have to cancel as they would have someone after me. They werent apologetic that it was cancelled but gave them the benefit of the doubt by still attending and the customer service was amazing. I got my nails done on Monday 16th and two nails have already shipped. It was meant to be my birthday nails which was on Wednesday. They said I needed to come back but they would have to take the nails off and redo it. This is a waste of my time as it should have been done correctly first time round. A full set was £53, £43 for a full set and £10 for white tips, like I mentioned customer service was great but its inconvenient for the customer to come back and use their money to travel back for a mistake that shouldnt have happened. I was planning on visiting again but due to the inconvenience I wont be returning. Im giving an extra star because the customer service was good. Just to add the nails are beautiful but just disappointed about having to do a 30 minute journey to change two nails. I own a business and customer service is important which they got right but if the product or service is not up to scratch its not a great experience especially as a first time customer.
