Her treatment room was spotless and so serene I actually dozed off during the session! I asked for a natural look, and she delivered it perfectly. Thank you, Lorraine! Evgenia Pangea I had a very nice gel mani and pedi there with Judi for the first time. The shop is very peaceful and quiet comparing to other nail salons on the main high street of West Hampstead which I really appreciated. I really liked Judi, she is kind friendly and attentive and has a very poaitive vibe around her, so did her colleague who was looking after another client.They made me feel comfortable even though both my nails and toes are in terrible condition because I chew them. They were not judgmental at all about their condition and made me feel at ease at once even though I was stressed about presenting them to others. It would be nice if they offered a loyalty card. I will come back again when nails will need to be redone.

rachel joseph I cannot recommend Joshua Altback Hair Salon highly enough. For the first time in many years, I had Brazilian straightening at the salon, and Laura’s work was exceptional. I have had this treatment at many of London’s leading salons over the past 10–15 years and have experienced it at least two dozen times. Without hesitation, this was the best result I have ever had and truly worth every penny. I would not consider going anywhere else for this treatment. The salon itself is warm, welcoming, and impeccably run by Zeeba, who gives thoughtful and attentive care to every client. It is a truly special salon, led by the lovely Josh and supported by a highly talented, professional, and genuinely caring team. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Dani Vucenovic I bought a laser hair removal deal through Groupon. It was for the legs, underarms and bikini. I have to say, the staff members were absolute professionals and made me feel at ease - even though I was well and truly out of my comfort zone. I knew not to expect anything overnight - and had 8 sessions. At the end... the results on my legs were amazing & my confidence has improved dramatically. Ill probably return to get my underarms done again though... growth has been significantly reduced - but I want it totally bare. Ignore the negative reviews -- judge it for yourself. Id recommend this place on the results alone. Finished my treatments in March 2014 ... reaped the benefits over summer.

The team are so attentive and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time. The atmosphere is amazing – welcoming, relaxing, and they even check in a few times to see if you’d like tea, coffee, or water, which makes such a difference when you’re there for a longer appointment. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!
