I provided 30 hours notice, which wasn’t in line with their 48 hour policy. This is fraud and have reported this to my bank and will contact Trading Standards to report this. . I was also over charged another time despite telling Susan that I have a valid NHS discount. This is disgusting behaviour. She also is highly unprofessional, putting the phone down when I challenged her. The business doesn’t work ethically, or morally.
Allegedly, I have cancelled on multiple occasions on short notice, which is untrue as I know I’d have been charged. Apparently, I have arrived late which is also untrue, I’ve always arrived ahead of time.
I would be grateful if you could confirm which appointments I arrived late to and cancelled at short notice. Also, could you confirm whether my appointment was cut short, if allegedly I arrived late.
