Vicki Garton Love this gym. I do two classes, body combat on a Tuesday morning and body jam Wednesday evening. I’d like to do more but work gets in the way. I’ve done aqua aerobics as well on a Wednesday evening. Also really good. I get a good workout and it’s fun. It’s good to add on to the running I do. I really recommend it here. A really friendly team. I have friends who do spin, Pilates and other classes thank you
