She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted, talked me through the whole process, and gave me a gorgeous haircut with a bouncy blowout. She even gave me a relaxing head massage during the hair wash it made the whole experience even better. I left feeling really happy with the result. Thank you, Marketa!

5 /5 sadaf faheem: I had such a wonderful experience at Neelam Beauty Parlour. Marketa did a curly blowout for my daughter’s graduation, and her hair looked stunning the entire event. Leena also did a curly blowout for me, and it turned out beautifully. Soft, bouncy, and it lasted all day. Both stylists were so kind, professional, and really listened to what we wanted. The atmosphere in the salon was welcoming, and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you for making us look and feel so lovely on such a special day. We frequently visit the parlour and are never dissatisfied by the service.

5 /5 Ish: Spontaneously booked a Ceteum facial for my mum & me and I’m so glad I did. Suzanna was amazing—knowledgeable, gentle, professional and made the whole experience so relaxing. She treated us one after the other with such care, and you can tell she really knows her stuff. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. The space was tidy, clean and well kept. Great ambiance with the candles & music. I’ll definitely be booking again in 4 weeks time

5 /5 Marwa Khuram: My sister had an appointment at the Neelams today for a hair cut, my sister was really upset from a previous hair dresser and wanted her hair to be fixed. She booked an appointment online with Marketa, when we came we had been greeted very warmly and friendly staff. Marketa has magical hands she gave the hair cut my sister wanted and fixed the damage that was done to her hair. She was very good at listening and gave my sister the confidence to feel beautiful. I will HIGHLY recommend Neelams as you will not leave disappointed. Thank you everyone for the amazing experience and a huge thank you to Marketa for her hard work and caring service.
