Shes incredibly knowledgeable about the treatments she provides and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. rachael lobo Terrible service by hinaben Patel who did my eyebrows this evening ruthlessly. She inflicted pain and was absolutely not even bothered about the reaction to my pain but silently when ahead doing my eyebrows in haste. She completely ruined my eyebrows at chopped the eyebrows I had grown for months when I categorically informed her to keep them thick. She proceeds to argue and justify her reason to make it thin. Absolutely terrible service!!!!

Yamina Benahmed I had my gel manicure done by Vaska and I couldn’t be happier. She’s very kind and easy to talk to, and her attention to detail is amazing. These are the best nails I’ve had done. You can tell she really cares about her work and wants you to leave happy. Can’t recommend her enough!

H Hashim I went to Flora Hair Salon for a colour correction after a really bad experience at another salon. The highlights I previously got were nothing like what I had asked for, and to make matters worse, the top half of my head didn’t even match the bottom half. From the moment I walked into Flora, the customer service was honestly 10/10. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they really cater to every client’s needs. As a woman who covers her hair, I was taken to the section at the back of the salon where they had a curtain for extra privacy. What stood out to me was how clients were walking in and the staff knew them by name. On top of that, the previous salon had also given me a terrible haircut, which Flora’s team fixed beautifully! If you’re looking for true professionals in the hair industry who go above and beyond for their clients, Flora is the place to go. I could not recommend them enough.

Beatrice Mancone Excellent as always! Julie and Phan are the best nail tech I’ve ever met in London! Always polite, great attention to details, amazing costumers service and they always find a way to make my dream nails come to life! Never left this place unhappy! The second time I’ve got my nails done here I asked her for a design Julie wasn’t too sure about and suggested to do something else to make sure I was leaving we nails I liked. When I went in the next time she had learned to do said design just because she didn’t want to disappoint me, a new costumer!! She is a real star! Do yourself a favor and get your nails done here! This is my set from today, 10000/10!
