Huge thanks to her for her patience, attention to detail, and incredible care. She is truly an artist. I’m beyond impressed by her work, so talented and also such a lovely person to talk to. If I could give more than five stars, I would. This salon deserves all the praise!

5 /5 Baljit Silve: Was very responsive and answered my cal and booked me an appointment. When I arrived I was offered a drink and then she did a great job in removing the gel already in my nails. The manicure was meticulous- so accurate and precise and offered much advice for healthy nails! She also introduced me to Hybrid Gel a concept I had not heard of before. My nails are beautiful and importantly stronger! Thank you!

1 /5 Shawn Puncochar: Worst nail experience in 30+ years of getting my nails done in cities around the world. Rates she posts are further inflated with charges she doesn’t tell you about. I paid nearly $500 (!!!!) USD for my regular pedicure, my daughter’s gel pedicure and nail extensions with gel. One of my daughter’s nails broke after two days. The polish popped off one of my toes after three days. Unbelievable!! There were €50 of undisclosed charges on my bill (she offered me quick dry polish, only to charge me for it without telling me, for example). When I sent her pictures asking for some money refunded from her ridiculously priced services that didn’t last, she didn’t acknowledge. Who charges those prices and doesn’t stand by their work??? I’m from NYC and have had my nails done in various places. Have never been charged those prices — and then to have them break/fall off?? Also know her space is a tiny room in a basement. Not comfortable. I left before my daughter which is why I wasn’t aware of the charges until it was too late. My fault for not confirming the prices she posts online. But to not refund for shoddy work? Unacceptable. Please avoid this place.
