Mia As someone who wears makeup but usually plays it safe, I’ve never been confident experimenting with new looks. My day and night makeup were always the same, and I had no idea how to do a smokey eye, worrying it would end up looking like a black eye. After attending the makeup class with Seema and Jacqui, I finally feel confident enough to try new things. Their guidance helped me understand the steps clearly, and with practice I’ve now perfected a smokey eye that my friends have fully approved for nights out! The class had such a chilled, unrushed vibe, and both instructors were incredibly patient. I also really enjoyed the skincare segment at the beginning. I learned new things about caring for my skin and even got great advice on what products suit my skin type. I would definitely love to go back and learn even more. Camelia Khalid Coco Boutique is a nice little salon in the cute Camden Passage. As soon as you step in, you can feel the cozy atmosphere. The salon is sparkling clean, they use quality wax and Lorna is very skilled so she did my brazilian wax in half the time and pain than most venues and yet the wax last longer because she doesnt break hair. I also come for the conversation and friendliness of the place. Highly highly recommend.
