Nail Spa - (Near Lambeth, UK)

1 /5 K: Ive been coming to this nail salon for years. Sometimes really good, other times disappointing. When Amy or Lisa do my nails its great. However older guy can be quite rough. Tonight I went at 5.45pm, went straight after work as they close at 7pm. Walked up, shop nice and empty, old guy and older lady were in there. I went to walk through the door and he was waving his hands saying closed, come back at 10 tomorrow. As Im a regular, I thought they may have managed to stay open till the stated closing time and do my nails. But no, he just turned his back, continued to put his coat. So i left. Im stubborn and I wont go back.

1 /5 Mubshra Kyani: Use to come here but i think aimmy knows her work the other lady with short hairs she is pathetic rude and dont know how to do nails.. rough bulky and bad .. because of her i will never come back

1 /5 D’: came in and got my nails done which were terrible, acrylic is bulky, lumpy and no prep was done on my nails whatsoever. Asked for square and was fine in the beginning but at the end the lady said its too sharp and started rounding the corners of my nails when i literally asked for SQUARE! however that is the least of my issues. Young girl came in asking to get her toes done in pink and the lady started shouting at her saying her nail is too dark for pink to which the girl said “the powder hides it” referring to acrylic which caused the lady to shout even more saying that its too much money and takes long so the poor girl put her shoes back on and said she wont get her toes done and left probably feeling embarrassed, but were nice and calm to all the white girls who came in?

1 /5 Jaishree Kumar: By far the worse nail salon I have been to. They only focus on overcharging their customers and provide no professional customer service. I decided to get my nails done for my honeymoon which I was really excited for. A grumpy older man who smelt of cigarettes did a full set of acrylics for me. The shellac polish he used looked thick and dried up, however he proceeded to use it. The following day I woke up and noticed my thumb nail was peeling from how thick the polish was. I was flying the next day but decided to go to the shop to repair my nail. I arrived at the opening time of 10am and the shop door was locked. The man opened the door and said he doesn’t like customers coming in the morning and shut the door on me. I argued and told him about my nail and he reluctantly agreed to fix it. I asked if he could remove the polish and start again but he said that would cost an extra £10. He blamed me for the peeling polish and just painted over it applying another layer! Here are my £36 nails 5 days into my honeymoon. Never going back!!
