1 /5 AA: I’ve been coming here to get my nails done for the past few months and was initially very happy with the service. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined lately. Over the past three visits, my powder and shellac nails have started peeling or coming off within just one to two weeks — something that never used to happen before. It didn’t seem to matter which technician did them, the results were consistently poor. It makes me wonder if they’ve started using lower-quality or cheaper products. Service has also gone downhill. Whether you book an appointment or not, you end up waiting — often over 20 minutes, even with a booking. And if you don’t book, they simply say they don’t have time for you. On my last visit, while I was getting my nails removed due to them peeling off again, another older lady came in with the same issue and asked for a refund. Sadly, the staff were speaking about her in their own language, clearly unprofessionally, instead of handling the situation with empathy and respect. It’s disappointing to see how much the experience has changed. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering refunds for poor service, they brush it off or act rudely. Unfortunately, they prioritise quantity over quality. I won’t be returning — it’s just not worth the money or time anymore.

5 /5 Amelia Nash: Literally obsessed with this place!! Prices are not overpriced at all especially considering the INSANEEE nail are they did on me. So friendly and everyone there is so sweet. This is the longest I’ve ever had nails last. The retention is similar to like private nail techs who are 2x the price. I showed them my Pinterest board and they worked crazy magic on my nails and made my vision come to life. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for cute and pretty affordable acrylics and and amazing nail art. (Keep in mind they only take cash but that’s a small price to pay for the beautiful work they did for me!) can’t wait to go back in the next few days for my fill

1 /5 MİRAY AKBULUT: I decided to give this salon a chance based on the 4.2 Google rating and all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I don’t think those reviews reflect reality. The salon was not clean at all. The person doing my manicure wasn’t wearing gloves, and the nail clippers looked rusty. The buffers were definitely not single-use, which is unacceptable for hygiene. On top of that, there was a strong food smell inside and the ventilation was extremely noisy. It was the most uncomfortable and stressful nail appointment I’ve ever had. I usually go to Townhouse Richmond, and this experience doesn’t even come close. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend.
