Ilene Vega HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DAMAGE MY NAILS. I went there to remove my acrylic set, I only had 6 nails to be removed. This man file my nails so badly putting pressure on it that burned me I complained about so he change the speed and carry on. I thought he will soak my nail on acetone and scrape the rest of the acrylic well he didn’t. He carried on filing and filing and burn my nails then he said it’s done, I told him not yet cuz there’s some acrylic on it. So he turns the e-file again and I said to him no stop filing my nails it hurts and you damaging it, so I asked him to soak them on acetone and he goes and tell me that acetone doesn’t remove acrylic and I said to yes it does cuz that’s how I always removed my acrylic nails, I just went there cuz I run out of it. So he gave me a little of acetone on a tiny container and ask me to put my finger on it then he gets a cotton pad and rubbed on my nail and showed me that the acetone doesn’t remove acrylic so I had to scrub the acrylic myself and he was just complaining and rushing me to finish so I can leave. This man left my nails SO SENSITIVE, I couldn’t touch hot water cuz it will hurt me so much. Horrible place it was the first time I was and it was last time. I don’t recommend that place at all. I had to come home and fix my nails, remove my cuticles and put some oil on it. I was so angry that I had to pay £8 when I had to finish the job at mine (bare in mind I have an e file too I could just do it at home instead) NEVER AGAIN

S G Hands down the best nail salon especially for complex designs. I love my nails so much, they took the time, had attention to detail and gave me such a high quality set. They look absolutely beautiful, I cant stop staring at them! Thank you so much to the lady who did my nails for her great manner and for not rushing me or the design and the owner too, especially for fitting me in on a busy Saturday afternoon. I love this set and cant wait for my Christmas set soon! 8/12 Just had my Christmas set with Tracey. The ladies are true artists, they look amazing and already had so many compliments!! The staff are always so nice and patient, I couldn’t appreciate the customer service more. Ordinarily other salons treat customers so badly so I’m glad to come here and not walk out miserable.
