5 /5 Annemary Shaju: My friend suggested the place after I enquired about her hair cut. I had a great experience and a great hair cut. The staff was very friendly and finding me bit confused on what I wanted, they suggested a hair cut that suited me and it was just as I wanted and the price was reasonable too. I would hesitate to have a hair cut in London as it can be very expensive but the rate here was very reasonable. I am extremely happy with the service. Thank you so much for cutting and styling my hair.

1 /5 Dilpreet Kaur: The staff here are extremely rude. When I walked in and politely asked the woman at the front desk if she could repair a broken nail, she abruptly responded, “I not fix it.” I was shocked by her tone and asked, “So you’re not going to fix it?” She simply replied, “No.” At that point, I left immediately.

1 /5 Anony: Only giving one star as 2 out of the 3 ladies that served me were good. The one who waxed me and the one who tried to salvage whatever damage that was done to my brows. The lady with the hijab and glasses does not know what she is doing a single bit. Seemed confused. Even when her colleague was guiding her on what to do with my brows. Attempted 3 times yet messed up. I asked her to thread it and only god knows what she done but she said she’s finished and asked me to check. Forget shaping my brows the hairs were not even cleaned. She’s messed up my brows so bad I’m missing hair on my left side. The both are beyond being step sisters at this point. I’m so upset by her service. She is clearly clueless and doesn’t know how to thread. Why on earth would you allow someone to touch an important feature of our face when they do not know what they are doing. Yous are so quick to take my money but cannot provide me a good service. I was asked to pay before receiving my service and I did not hesitate once as I blindly trusted the staff there, which was stupid of me. Please do better and I will also be informing others who use your service not to come here again as I recommended them your place.

Super professional and skilled, took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me exactly that. On top of that, poly is so lovely and the whole salon had a warm and friendly vibe (and good music!). Thank you so much! Will be coming back :)

1 /5 Ishita b: I had the most horrible hair experience at Nadis yesterday. Mrs Diljeet cut my hair and I have never had such a painful and unpleasant haircut experience ever. Not only was she extremely abrupt with the cut, she took away way more length than i had asked for. The most horrifying was this bangs situation that i am stuck with now. Throughout the cut, she pulled onto my wet hair with a fine tooth comb, almost made me wince in pain and laughed it off saying my hair is too thick and dry. To make things worse, she took a video call in between! I am so disappointed and upset. Not only was Mrs Diljeet unprofessional, she was aggressive with the way she pulled at my hair leaving me with sore scalp. I have been to Nadis multiple times previously but this was the first time i got anything done by Mrs Diljeet. To be fair, I got my facial, pedicure and eyebrow done by this Bengali lady, I believe her name is Hafsa. She was kind, very attentive and gentle, quite skilled at facial massage and beautifully shaped my eyebrows. My previous experience with Shreya has also been pleasant. Unfortunately due to this single disgusting encounter with Mrs Diljeet, Ill have to find myself another Parlour.
