The staff especially Yasmin the was so polite, professional, friendly, and truly listen to what you want. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed—easily one of the best salon visits I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

1 /5 S D: Extremely disappointing experience. I had gel nails done here, and the results were a complete disgrace. The polish started peeling off within just four days — clearly very poor-quality products and technique. The UV lamps barely worked, and the overall service felt careless. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

5 /5 VroneV: I’ve had an absolute pleasure to visit Nadine’s beauty salon last week - Maryam was extremely friendly in the minute I stepped in the salon- she did her best to squeeze me in last minute, as she understood my emergency circumstances! She has an amazing smile that made me feel very welcome even that was my first time there. My Hollywood wax was done by an absolutely amazing Joanna who was very knowledgeable, caring and tried to make my treatment as less painful as it can be. I really liked her individual approach and the way how confident she made me feel and took all the worries away. The customer service is spot on. You cannot ask for more! Thank you ladies, I’ll be back!

1 /5 Kamini Khindria: Awful customer service. Lady ignoring me for 10 minutes whilst sweeping the floor, then took another lady after me before. She was rude, direct and aggressive during the wax, and was also clumsy getting my hair, forehead and on my clothes. She did not make me aware of the increase in price, and when I showed her my recurring payments of the same amount/price on my bank statement she was rude, and said I should know and it’s not her responsibility when quite frankly she works there so it is. From start to finish dismissive, rude and paid £32 for a clumsy job. Wouldn’t recommend the particular lady. She’s been clumsy before as well. The other lady who works there who’s taller and chattier, feels more engaging and welcome is good. I would not recommend as I felt extremely discriminated for no reason
