1 /5 Tenniesha Mcfarlane: I have been going here since 2021 to wax and recently I was being disrespected by a member of staff. I was meant to have an appointment on the 12th of March, something must’ve happened at Brick Lane and they needed me to go Holloway Road. They called while I was at work. On my way there I called them and the lady told me I no longer have an appointment because she had called and no answer. I told her I was working all day and I’m not allowed to use phone around the kids. And I’m not happy because I was looking forward to my appointment. Bear in mind I’m travelling the following day to Jamaica. I had no time to book anyone else. She was like don’t even come back to us and hanged up. So I sent a message on WhatsApp “that’s how you deal with customers?” and she then blocked me. She didn’t even tried to apologise about the miscommunication at all.

I was really impressed that the supplemental tweezing hurt more than the wax. And I got a full brazilian and underarms. I would fly to London every six weeks so this place could do my wax.

And has gone above and beyond, I don’t have to ask for the wax to be cooler, or to trim or anything. You leave perfectly done. As you should be.
