1 /5 Bethany Shilstone: Honestly, I no longer recommend Sadia for eyebrows. I have been going to her for a months now, with no issues. However, after a specific appointment I expressed disappointment with my eyebrows and even luckily had a video of how my eyebrows were the day before to show the exact comparison, if I knew I would have taken a picture of them right before the appointment, because she still took 0 accountability. Her reaction was extremely hostile, she raised her voice and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in the presence of others in the shop, to the point I had to let her know, there was no reason to talk to me like that. Regardless of what anyone believes is the truth, customers still need to be treated with respect and I should be allowed to say when something has gone wrong. Given the fact, I have been to the shop more than once, this could have been handled much better. I did not shout or insult her or raise my voice and honestly that experience has really affected my whole day, being belittled because I essentially went for a beauty service. This is a genuine review and I can attach a receipt or proof of purchase.
