Rocio I’m so happy I discovered Belly Dance as part of In8Spaces new offering. The teacher, Claudia, is a wonderful woman, a great dancer and a box of surprises with a huge experience in the field. In addition, she has special skills to make people feel safe and earn confidence on the dance floor. In our classes, there is time for sharing how we feel, listening and supporting each other and, of course, dancing! I’m learning that Belly Dance is more than a dance, but a way of healing, empowering yourself, and joy! We’re creating good vibes! Thanks to everyone involved!!

Lyndsay Kaldor I have been going to Margherita’s classes for a number of years and after studying with some of the best teachers in London she is an absolute favourite. Her classes are always supportive and inspiring, both physically and spiritually. They are paced beautifully with options for every level and she makes time plenty of time for exploration and playfulness. I always come away feeling super grounded yet uplifted and ready to tackle the rest of my week.

Clare Hudson I love my weekly yoga class with Alison, it is exactly what I need at the end of the week. Alison has such a calming vibe, and the flow was slow, gentle, and perfect for unwinding. Lots of deep stretches, breathing exercises, and a long, dreamy savasana at the end. It leaves me feeling super refreshed and stress-free.

Daniel Alexander Had a decent time here, has all the gear you want. Went in the morning before work and wasnt too busy... Easy enough to get on the machines I wanted. Not my usual PureGym so took a few mins to work out where it all was, but the flow kinda made sense. Would go back.

Laura Vanotti I’ve been a member of III Space since 2022 and Islington club is my absolute favourite. Not only is spotless like the other clubs but the classes offer is amazing. My favourite being yoga with Beau. The swimming pool is for a proper training, which I love. III Space are constantly improving both services and facilities, I can’t wait to see the club with the planned changes: it’s going to be fantastic. So lucky to be able to train here.
