Eleanor Ketley I love this studio and recommend classes here to everyone all the time. Ive done hoop and pole classes, and a burlesque course - all brilliant. Its a wonderful community, very supportive, and with talented teachers. Were very lucky - everyone should try these classes!

Louise Hayes I have never been into fitness or generally looking after myself and putting myself first (I dont know a mama who is)! However after having my second child I decided to try and get fitter. I joined sweaty mama as it made it so easy being able to take the kid(s) and I didnt have to contend with knuckle heads I so hate at the gym. The group is lovely, very friendly, no one cares if you turn up covered in baby puke and you havent done your hair! Kelly is super fab and very enthusiastic, gets even the most sleep deprived of us up and having a good time. Would highly recommended.

Sara Mennani Great local gym! Fantastic instructors who really care. Classes are in small groups so need to book early. My favourite instructors include Gabriella, Jordan, Joseph! Gabriella’s classes are really good and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my body since attending her classes, plus they’re just so fun and well structured!

Deirdre Harding Zoe Bonnett is a brilliant, empathetic and encouraging Pilates teacher, who adapts all of her exercise sessions to an individuals needs, so clients with hip or knee replacements, back or shoulder issues can fully participate in her classes, without feeling discriminated against. As well as stimulates those who are very good or hypermobile to upscale their abilities. A truly personalised service. She explains each exercise, demonstrates it and monitors how individuals are doing. Her price is reasonable for the individual support she offers and I thoroughly recommend her Pilates classes. I have had to miss a few lessons recently but attendance has kept me pretty supple, despite a total hip replacement, a wrist that is plated and screwed and a history of lower back problems, as well as having increased my core strength, balance and stamina. I can cope with working as well as looking after a very energetic 3 year old grand child who expects me to participate in his soft play, swimming etc. Plus, I believe Zoes Pilates lessons help me to stay in shape so that I can, if I wish, wear my vintage clothes that are 50 years old.
