Mark Blackburn I have been attending Rebeccas classes for over 10 years. Having had a back operation it was important to me that my teacher was a member of a recognised institute such as the AIPP of which Rebecca is. With Rebecca also being a qualified physiotherapist she took the time to assess my body in the early days to understand my capabilities before joining the class, which filled me with confidence. If you choose to attend one of Rebeccas classes rest assured you are in very safe hands. I cannot speak highly enough of her application to the wonderful world that is Pilates.

Michael Jones This place has come along way these past years, still more planned for the future but its worth trying this place because you will be pleasantly surprised. Really lovely staff who are on hand to help and guide you in the gym, excellent facilities on hand and there is even a place to grab a coffee after you have worked out. Worth joining, not only are you supporting yourself but all importantly a local school.

Theodore Abbott Ive lived all over the country so have seen my fair share, this is easily the best gym I have ever been to. Never too busy, can play your own music if there isnt a class on. Brilliant staff. All the high quality equipment you could want. Only negative is the upright benches are a bit wobbly but Ive only ever been to one gym where they werent (Golds LA).
