Move Better with Anna Pilates Bromley - (Near Bromley, UK)

Sarah Moss I’ve been going to Pilates with Sam since July, and I’ve loved every class. I hadn’t done any exercise for years before starting, but it really didn’t matter — you don’t need to be fit to begin, and Sam makes everything feel possible. The classes are small (just four of us plus Sam), which means you get loads of attention and guidance. My balance and core have improved so much, and I feel stronger and more in control of my body than I have in ages. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better in their own skin.

P T Great selection of shops and restaurants and coffee shops. The parking is big but usually quite busy.

Hristena Aleksova Absolutely amazed by the team! The best decision was to move my son to Bromley Valley Gymnastics as he tried two different clubs before that for nearly 2 years. For only a short period of time my son has more progress than for two years all together before that!

Uzodimma Chima He great party here with YOGGY TREATS. They provided all the buffet and kids Fun Foods, popcorn and candy floss. They even do ice cream wow!!
