1 /5 Stefania Fiorucci: I am rating one star for the extremely poor customer service that disrupted my day. A friend of mine recommended this place so I was happy to try it.
I booked for a Balayage about a week before the appointment. I went in on the day, the place was empty with one hairdresser at the desk, which asked me if I did a colour test before - I responded that I did not have it with them but I bleached and coloured my hair before and I have no allergies, and I gave consent to have the treatment done.
I was not aware of the 48 hours test so the service was refused and I could not have my hair done. No one called me in advance to ask to book it, and this employee, supposedely the hairdresser herself, did not even ask if I would have liked to to do the test INSTEAD on that day, as I already had the booked slot (probably 2 hours slot for a balayage - keep in mind they had all day free on the website when I booked ANYWAY).
She did not propose any alternative treatment, or even shampoo and styling, since obviously she should assume that when someone books time at the hairdresser they are expecting to have their hair done. She did not care at all, I would have understood if the salon was busy, but the place was dead, so it really looked like she did not want to work.
What surprises me even more is that she phoned her boss to ask if she could have proceeded with the balayage, and the boss did not even suggest her to give solutions since I was there and expecting a service.
They really do not seem to care about their business and customers, I had the impression that they are not interested at all. I will not go back - Since she did not ask me if I wanted to book in for the test either! Terrible!
