Everything was clean, hygienic, and well-explained before we started. The results have been amazing — I’ve had treatment on my face and have noticed a massive reduction in my hair growth! I went consistently every month for around a year and now don’t have to go much at all due to how little my hair grows (although gutting for our monthly catch ups). Uzma is brilliant at her job and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable about hair growth and knows how to use her machine to maximum efficacy. Electrolysis has saved me (as dramatic as I sound) and I dont think I could do it with anyone apart from Uzma. From the first session she was clear about what it is, how it works and was honest that its a long process requiring commitment but the results are worth it. Uzma always keeps her clients interest at heart and her attention to detail and manners are really appreciated. She makes you feel comfortable and does her best to accommodate. Her advice and knowledge is reassuring and helpful. I didnt think a year later ill be where I am now. Slow hair growth, barely any hair on the affected areas to the point where ive stopped shaving/ trimming. I am truly grateful to have met Uzma and am so glad she provides this service. My hair story: I have PCOS and after covid my facial hair growth was immense. The hair was dark, course and looked thick. I started growing hair around my neck and chin. To tackle this, I would wax ( had to stop because it would leave scarring from the heat), thread myself ( wasnt always the easiest to do) and shave (created dark shadows on my face and hair grew back quickly). For all types of hair removal I used the at home Phillips laser machine after seeing an influencer rave about it. I only looked into electrolysis as said influencer posted about Uzma’s services. I was on the waiting list for a few months and was grateful when contacted by Uzma.

During my consultation I had all my questions answered and knew what to expect. The treatment itself was near enough painless, and the results have been better than expected.
