4 /5 Volodymyr: I give it a solid 4. Not everything is perfect but its good. The swimming coaches know their job. The staff keeps it clean. But not all visitors wear changeable shoes. No one checks this.

5 /5 Clive Herbert: We are recent converts to adult swim and find the facilities and ambience are first class. From easy parking to comfortable and simple changing facilities and its a fabulous and comfortable pool. Staff are polite and helpful, and the whole experience is excellent. We look forward to our visits and have not been disappointed.

1 /5 Enisferum Rds: I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to cancel the membership. There is no option to do this in the app. I contacted customer service, and they said I had to go in person. I went in person three weeks ago to cancel three memberships, and today I received a message saying “thank you for your payment.” I regret ever coming to your pool and signing up for a membership.

4 /5 Grace: Good experience, the pool is nicely warm. Not too cold & not too warm. It’s clean and staff is friendly. Free car park, accessible for disabled as well.

1 /5 Aykut Basan: We visited Middleton Pool and Fitness Centre for the toddler and family swim sessions with our two young children. The facility itself was nice, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by one staff member, Millie, who spoke to us very rudely during the transition between sessions. While my wife briefly went to get our wristbands for the next session, I was sitting calmly with our kids by the toddler pool. Millie came over and very abruptly told us to leave, raising her voice and cutting me off when I tried to explain that my wife would return in a few seconds. My older son was visibly shaken by her tone, and the whole interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive. We completely understand that rules need to be followed, but a little patience and kindnes, especially when dealing with families and young children, goes a long way. This experience took away from what was meant to be a fun and relaxing family outing.
