3 /5 Phoebe Mae: I initially enjoyed the facial I had at this salon, intending to return. However, my experience with their handling of payments and customer service was very poor.
After paying for my first facial and leaving a ÂŁ15 deposit for my next appointment, I was given conflicting information about my payments. The staff also initially acknowledged my deposit, then denied it.
What’s worse, they sent me a receipt that wasn’t even mine, showing someone else’s transaction details. This is a complete breach of GDPR and of customer data privacy.
The salon has now refunded my deposit and again, I did enjoy the facial itself. I personally will not return to this salon, given their unprofessionalism and proper customer service.
