1 /5 Angelika Fischer: I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for over three years, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.
I had to postpone an appointment due to a medical emergency and informed them in the morning, even though my slot wasn’t until 5:30pm. They had previously mentioned having a waiting list, so I thought this would be enough notice. Still, I was told my deposit would be forfeited even though I was requesting a change in date not a cancellation. When I explained my situation, I was met with a cold “it’s our policy” response, with no empathy or flexibility.
I rebooked and paid another deposit for a simple soak-off, but ironically they moved the appointment multiple times without notifying me. I’ve always been flexible when they needed to make changes, but that same courtesy wasn’t extended to me.
I’m really disappointed by how poorly I was treated despite years of loyalty. I’ll be finding a salon that actually values its clients and not just money.
