4 /5 Anna Bo: This is my third time coming to Mazu for a nails appointment, and overall it’s a great place — excellent quality and lovely people. The only area for improvement is timing: every time I visit, I end up waiting around 10–15 minutes without even a simple notice from the administrator that the master is running late.
I completely understand that delays happen, and it’s generally fine, but a quick update — for example, letting me know that the master will be 10 minutes late — would make a big difference. Since I usually have other plans after my appointment, it’s hard to know how much I’ll be delayed without any update, which can be quite inconvenient. Ideally, a short WhatsApp message suggesting I come a bit later would be perfect. It would make the experience so much nicer, as sitting alone without any notice takes away from the otherwise excellent service and atmosphere.
