5 /5 davina barnieh: This is a bit of a long one. I am never really one to write reviews but this place deserved one. I have 4C hair which is the most difficult type to deal with. My hair would be 4d If there was that option. I have had bad experiences(more like trauma) in London and because of that I haven’t been to a salon in over 18 months but I decided to try Mazu. I wasn’t sure if they’d dealt in my hair texture before so I went in open minded. From the moment I went in, the staff greeted me with kindness asking me if I want tea or coffee or water. My stylist was Ines and she was so patient and careful with me. Mauricio was also such a wonderful person, taking time to explain the treatment I was getting to me. I nearly shed a tear after my service because I was so happy. As much as it hurts me to recommend them because I would love to gate keep, I have to give their flowers when they’re deserved. For the ones worried about their hair texture like I was, you’re in safe hands Thank you Mazu

I have been looking for the place where I would actually feel happy about my hair and for the first time I did with Mazu Team , waxing is also done to perfection ! I am getting a laser hair removal also done with them, reliable prices, great results! Excellent work. 4 /5 Anna Bo: This is my third time coming to Mazu for a nails appointment, and overall it’s a great place — excellent quality and lovely people. The only area for improvement is timing: every time I visit, I end up waiting around 10–15 minutes without even a simple notice from the administrator that the master is running late. I completely understand that delays happen, and it’s generally fine, but a quick update — for example, letting me know that the master will be 10 minutes late — would make a big difference. Since I usually have other plans after my appointment, it’s hard to know how much I’ll be delayed without any update, which can be quite inconvenient. Ideally, a short WhatsApp message suggesting I come a bit later would be perfect. It would make the experience so much nicer, as sitting alone without any notice takes away from the otherwise excellent service and atmosphere.
