O O Satisfied member since 2020, but feared a change of management might lead to a knock-on replacement of the Physicals community. Whilst the buildings, equipment and cleanliness were in dire condition; Neil, his staff, and the members, had always made Physicals the most sociable and most age-welcoming gym I’d been a member of. So it’s great to see that six months into the new owner’s tenure, things are even better. Existing members listened to, endless new equipment brought in, impressive reconfigurations to ensure gym never shut whilst upgrades were made… cleaner, more varied, more spacious and crucially, just as friendly. Naveeenx Decent, no frills gym with good selection of equipment that suits my workouts. Lots of parking, showers, licenced bar and large grounds for outdoor running. Pretty good for £20 a month. Can get a bit crowded late afternoon/early evening.

Hoosna Bhaimia Excellent gym, motivating, fun and a good work out. For the ladies its fantastic way to build on your fitness, lose weight, keeping fit and active and meeting new people. I have been to many boxing and circuit type classes, and this is for sure the best!

Ds Sports Therapy Been at anytime for around 2 weeks now. Only thing I regret is not joining earlier. amazing gym. Great selection of machines. Amazing friendly staff. So so clean and can’t recommend it enough.
