1 /5 Peace Peace: Very disappointed with the service here.
A few weeks ago, I travelled almost 45 minutes to get my facials done. I arrived around 30 minutes before their stated closing time, only to find the door shut. I was stood outside the doors and watched everyone ignore me. I literally had to knock the doors to ask what was going on, and one of the ladies came and told me they were closed. I showed them their own website with the advertised opening hours, and I was told they close early because they need time to clean. This was never communicated anywhere.
Today, I gave them another chance and travelled all the way again. When I arrived, the first staff member I saw ignored me for about three minutes. When I finally spoke to her, I explained I just wanted facial threading, which usually takes around five minutes. She responded very rudely, saying there was over an hour’s wait.
I sat down and waited. While they were busy, no one checked on me, spoke to me, or even acknowledged that I was waiting. They finished with other customers and then attended to people with appointments, without once asking if I was okay or giving me any update. After waiting over 30 minutes with no communication at all, I had to leave.
When I stood up to go, there was no apology. I asked how much longer it would be, and the response was simply that everyone was busy.
Extremely poor customer service and very rude staff. I won’t be returning.
