First, my appointment was rescheduled 30 minutes later without even asking me — I just received a reminder with the new time and was told they were busy. I decided to still go ahead because of the good Google reviews, but my experience was very underwhelming. I showed the nail artist a reference photo, and he said he could do it. Instead, he applied a white base rather than the chrome color I requested, then used powder that only looked slightly shiny. When I noticed a black line on my thumbnail, I asked for it to be redone, but the final result looked nothing like the photo. I even showed my nails to others, and everyone thought they were just plain white. £48 gone — definitely not worth it, and I won’t be returning.
