San H Booked a private session with the lovely Luana for a play date. The kids learnt how to use the hoops and the silks. Luana was so good with them, enthusiastic and encouraging. She even got the nervous ones doing drops on the silks!!! They all gave it a 10 out of 10! Such a great experience. We’re definitely doing it again.

Christopher Whalen What a lovely place to swim! It’s 200m long and a wonderful way to cool down at the end of a hot summer’s day. You need to wear a bright swim hat and use a tow float. There are changing rooms but we usually get ready at the side of the lake. You can buy 10 swims for £60. Swim hats are sold at the reception and you can hire a tow float for £1. 4 lengths of this lake are the equivalent of 32 lengths in a normal 25m indoor leisure centre pool.

Samantha Gregory It took me a while to find a personal trainer who could fit me in due to their other commitments., but luckily I had the good fortune to find Max. I have been working with Max since the beginning of July and the transformation has been amazing. As well as putting me through my paces with an exercise program Max also helps with nutritional advice. I have completely changed the way I eat. Fuelling my body properly to help achieve my weight loss goals. Max is always very motivational during workouts always making me push that little bit harder to achieve good results. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good personal trainer.
