Tina Akiiki Kwezi Really enjoyed the class and atmosphere. Its a no fuss simple gym with an extra ordinary instructor who knows how to encourage you but also challenge appropriately. The exercises were challenging to the right level and it is a good vibe all round. Thank you and hope to be back whenever I can!

Shamayla Khan The MoreYoga Dalston Studio has to be my favourite among most of the studios I’ve been to and that’s probably because it is more spacious and I think has recently undergone renovation! The vibe and construction makes for a very wholesome and connected practice in itself! Tucked in a quiet corner, this studio offers varying classes throughout the week, is incredibly clean and just an 8 minute walk from Kingsland Overground. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

dan jackson I visited mgm for a trial class through classpass and loved the set up! My Muay Thai session was with Coach Jack who was very insightful, I would definitely recommend this gym for Muay Thai training. The facilities were good and everyone was very welcoming. Being based under a bridge also offers a unique vibe and layout. Looking at their membership costs, it looked positive compared to others. The only reason I havent signed up permanently us due to my own situation however I would thoroughly consider them for Thai training!

Ben Jones This place is great! Perfect to get your fitness fix! I visited a lunchtime session there were 4 in our class so it felt like small group training. Im guessing evenings are busier but the gym area has plenty of bags and floor space to fit many more in and the high ceilings means it doesnt feel like a dingy basement. Nice changing area and great toilets (that work! A rarity in some London locations) The workout Skipping stretching to start with then on the bags to warm up the shoulders. Then 4 rounds of pads with increasing complexity we were a pretty experienced group so were able to do try some tricky combos. We finished with some abs and a good stretch off. Great encouragement from the coach and not too shouty. (Which I cant stand personally) If you are in the area Id throughly recommend. I paid £10 for an hours session which is an absolute steal. Most London boxing studios charge £20 or £25! They also run sparring and advanced sessions but I didnt try those so there is something for everyone.

Milena Bottero A beautiful, peaceful space down a quiet alley. I love the studios interior and deco. Class was great, challenging but easy to follow. Nikitas teaching style was a highlight, gentle yet motivating - she corrected my posture a couple of times which was really helpful. Definitely recommend!
