Zaynab I had such a lovely experience at Luxury & Spa Nail Salon in West Ealing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing vibe. My nails look absolutely perfect! The attention to detail was amazing and you can really tell they care about their work I left feeling so pampered and relaxed. Honestly, this is the best my nails have ever looked! I’m definitely making this my regular salon from now on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of luxury and self-care!

Michelle Mogg Today, I had the BEST haircut experience at Andys in Wimbledon Village! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel special. The hair wash was soothing and relaxing, and the haircut by Tai was simply phenomenal. She expertly transformed my long, straight hair with such precision and care, shaping it beautifully. The look was topped off with a stunning blow-dry that left me feeling absolutely amazing. leah neil Pricing is very inconsistent not only online and instore but also amongst the staff. I feel like more clarity is definitely needed. It’s almost like you feel like a nuisance if you book online with treatwell which is confusing if you prefer for customers to pay in cash instore then come off the app instead of causing all this confusion. It’s 2025 and it’s no longer common for people to be walking around with cash nor is it convenient hence why people book online via treatwell but when you do , the information and pricing your being told online isn’t consistent with what’s being said instore. It’s very misleading. I only did my nails yesterday and as you can see there is gel polish around the cuticle as well as peeling skin and small cuts. It’s not very neat at all. I understand that not everything is gonna look perfect but it’s important that all services are performed to the best of your ability especially for a paying customer. The reason why the standard of the nails wasn’t brought up as soon as my nails were done is because I didn’t realise and instore it almost feels like one in one out. As soon as your service is done you’re not a priority.

Macarena Jorquera I get my nails done there all the time! Its a family business and they are very nice and friendly and do an amazing job, they take their time, and are always making sure they are doing exactly what you want in terms of colour, shape, lenght, etc. They have pretty much every colour possible, and the nail polish is good quality and stays for long. I really recommend this place, they are great! Very good value for price!

Emma Sturgeon Lovely first experience at Kaana. Jay is extremely warm, meticulous, and easy to chat to. She was a perfectionist with my haircut and style and went over again and again looking for any imperfections. She took her time and didn’t rush getting my hair exactly right. I used to travel to Wandsworth town to get my hair done at another salon, but I’m new to the area and so glad I tried this spot. I will definitely be back!
