5 /5 Kai: I had an incredible experience at the LionHeart Muay Thai Thailand Retreat at Lamai Muay Thai Camp . The whole trip far exceeded my expectations. The training was top level. Tough, technical and motivating but what really stood out was the atmosphere. The coaches created a proper family vibe from day one, and everyone pushed each other to grow both inside and outside the gym. I noticed improvement in my technique, conditioning and confidence and the energy around the camp made every session something to look forward to. The environment was supportive, and the overall experience is something I’ll definitely remember. Massive respect to Kru LionHeart and the whole team.

The environment is genuinely friendly, and Kru is incredibly approachable, patient, and understanding. Even though I’m definitely in the “older people” category now, I’ve felt welcomed from day one. Under Kru Lionheart my son has developed his skills and grown in confidence inside and outside of class. He loves to test his skills with technical sparring. Kru has helped me greatly with my Muay Thai journey improving my technique, rhythm and distance management. Would recommend to all ages and skill levels.
