From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. Farah is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also so warm, friendly, and down-to-earth — I genuinely enjoyed her company throughout the session. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions with patience, and ensured I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the treatment smooth and painless. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. I have had this treatment at many of London’s leading salons over the past 10–15 years and have experienced it at least two dozen times. Without hesitation, this was the best result I have ever had and truly worth every penny. I would not consider going anywhere else for this treatment. The salon itself is warm, welcoming, and impeccably run by Zeeba, who gives thoughtful and attentive care to every client. It is a truly special salon, led by the lovely Josh and supported by a highly talented, professional, and genuinely caring team. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
