1 /5 Zan Tal: I chose this nail salon because it looks clean and hygienic, and it’s conveniently close to my workplace. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I paid £35 for gel polish only (without a manicure), but the final result was uneven and quite thick, and the overall shape was not well done. During the process, the electric file was used very harshly, and I experienced pain and a burning sensation, which I mentioned several times. When I returned to ask if the nails could be corrected, the response I received was not very polite, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, I was expecting a much better level of service, and sadly I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience.

5 /5 Marisa Georgas: Lily’s nails & spa is a hidden sanctuary in the middle of busy Westfield. Whether you want to indulge in a relaxing pedicure, complete with luxury massage chairs and a herbal tea or fit in a quick manicure, I highly recommend this spa. I’m always very pleased with the service and look of my nails and the sparkling new salon adds to the experience. Gorgeous spa!
