Joanna I started at SASS 6 months ago and it has genuinely changed my life. As someone who never thought they would ever get into fitness (having actively avoided the gym for years!), I am amazed by how much progress I have made and more importantly, how much I look forward to it as part of my regular routine. I now go 4/5 times a week - its that addictive! I regularly attend Vickys Semi-PT, Pilates and Lift Clubs, which are all amazing and gives me a really well-rounded routine. She has been incredibly pivotal in my growth and I would not be who I am today without her. I also love attending Amaras & Toms classes. They push me to get better each time I go & I love the dynamic and encouraging environment they foster in each of their sessions. Joining SASS is, without a doubt, the best decision I could have ever made for my physical and mental health. I will forever be grateful for SASS. From someone who was incredibly intimidated at my first class to now being obsessed with all things fitness, I am a changed woman!

James Hallisey Absolute 5 star gym, great facilities especially the swimming pool which is the perfect temperature for a challenging swim. Classes are great and offer something for everyone, I especially enjoy the spin class, instructors are well trained for any standard of participant and the management are always willing to help with any questions you may have. Top class gym.

Verónica Muñoz I really liked this working space, they have AC perfect for the summer! The selection of pastries and food is really diverse, and the coffee is also perfectly done! I like that they have a terrace garden and a lot of sofas. I also enjoy the gym classes and gym there. All the facilities are immaculate and good wi-fi. I feel really motivated here. Thank you for the lovely staff as well, Denis, George, Jemima and Nikita were fantastic and really kind! The Italian barista knows how to make a good coffee! Will come back for sure.

Callum103 I occasionally come here for the family swim and take my young son here. It’s the only pool he likes in Maidstone as it’s warm. Sure the place isn’t perfect but the staff are friendly and it ticked all the boxes for a decent swim. Will keep coming back.

Sourced Only reason im giving it 2 stars is because their water from the fountain is nice and have decent air conditioning. Cons: theres people doing number 1s in the pool, the changing room floors are muddy and dirty, the doors to change are all broken, you need to pay 20p to use the lockers which is inconvenient who carries 20p on them these days, the mens health suite is very overcrowded, the gym is okay at quiet times but when it gets busy, the smell in there is like walkers cheese&onion. Theres a person named yg in there and hes just speaking to girls more than working out.
