When they weren’t sure about my condition, I think @Melika clearly explained everything and advised not to proceed without a proper diagnosis. Even after payment, they refunded me until I get the right diagnosis. In a world where many just chase money, this clinic truly puts patients first. 5 /5 Chantelle Barry: Been going to this clinic for laser hair removal for a long time now. The appointments run on time and with great efficiency. The technicians are lovely, knowledgeable and professional. Slightly higher cost than other local clinics however they do often to sales and bulk discounts. I have been to other places in the past and the treatment hasnt been as effective as it is here, would definitely recommend.

3 /5 Gabriel Garcia Lippe: EDIT - After speaking with the team at Laser Clinics they did an assessment and gave me 4x additional sessions for my neck, all with the same person which helps a lot. Changing my review to 3 stars for now and if after the 4x sessions the result is good I’ll change it to 4 or 5 stars. So far they are dealing really well with the issue. I have done laser hair removal on my back, shoulders and neck at this clinic and overall the results are okay but inconsistent. The issue is that every time you go in the treatment is done differently. Sometimes parts of my shoulders were missed and I had to specifically ask them to please cover the whole shoulder which really should not be something I need to point out. The staff do not seem to be trained in the same way as each person does it differently. When treating my neck there were a couple of times when they went too high with the laser which has left some uneven patches at the bottom of my hairline between my head and neck. So again every visit I found myself having to explain how far they should go. That said some of the people who treated me at the clinic were absolutely amazing and I really appreciate those ones. But I cannot afford to keep playing lottery with my treatments. I am happy with the results on the areas that were covered properly but now I will have to do some extra sessions elsewhere to correct my shoulders and the hairline unfortunately cannot be fixed. I will not be coming back and although I do not know which clinic I could fully trust I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. edit- I’ve now attached a photo of my neck to show how it looks after 10 sessions.

5 /5 Diana Mayer: UPDATE: Upon booking my next session i asked the person on the phone if we can make sure to have someone i know and like to do my treatment as i was a bit disappointed last time. She was very nice and reassured me. Later i was called by the office and offered a compensation for the treatment i was unhappy with. (Mind you, i have been with them for years and i have always been on time, kind and respectful) I love this place, they helped me so much with my skin and been going for laser treatment for years. But the fact that each person does it in a different way is not always helpful. The last person was moving the laser so quickly it only flashed on me in every 3rd spot. Now i am more hairy than i was the previous time after 8 weeks... Session wasted pretty much
