1 /5 surjeet Khurana: Worst experience ever, do not get your bridal hair and makeup done here. My hair bun opened up within hours and my Chunni came off during my performance. I am so glad it wasn’t my actual wedding day. My eyelash was glued on lopsided, do not waste your hard earned money. I was so looking forward to getting my hair and makeup done here but I have been disappointed, the makeup artist lacks customer service skills and is bossy with her clients. She left me waiting outside in the cold all dressed up after closing the salon early so she could drop her assistant home.

1 /5 Ann Awan: If only there were an option to give 0 stars. Do NOT use this salon - especially if you are a bride! I made a bridal booking 3 months in advance. Like most make-up artists travel to your house – This woman is so lazy and fussy and refuses to come to your house. A day before my wedding I get a call saying "Sorry you will need to come in at 10am in the morning to have your make up done” – My wedding was at 7pm in the evening! When I asked why she simply said “I was unable to book a day off work”. How is that my problem? I have paid £150 deposit 3 months in advance! There is no way I was going to be ready for my evening wedding at 10am – Which meant that I have to get up at 8am and travel to her salon so that everything is convenient for this woman. So I told her to cancel my booking and she said that’s fine. I had to then call her back and say refund my deposit to which she agreed. She took hours and hours of me chasing her to refund my deposit.. but she decided to keep £50 of it for free!!! I had to book another makeup artist in advance which cost me £150 extra on top of what I had budgeted. Instead of compensating me for such huge inconvenience this woman decided to keep my money for free. When I confronted her she had the cheek to call me “cheap”. It gets worse I have also sent to brides (my friends) to her in the past for business. DO NOT USE THIS SALON!

1 /5 Myrah Luxur: Absolutely rude. The owners were gossiping about their clients and were not paying attention to me at all. She made me look like a complete clown I couldnt believe how ugly she made me look for my sisters wedding. Please avoid at any costs. No communication skills didnt ask me what I wanted and Im being serious I looked like a clown because she put bright blusher on me pink lipstick and then bright blue eyes. What on earth is that.
