Luke B I purchased the lip conditioner after having chapped lips for 6 weeks following sunburn. Other lip balms were making it worse but Esses lip conditioner is a fantastic product. The courier messed up when trying to deliver and didnt reach out to me, but Dani from Esse did straight away and sent out a new parcel immediately and even included extra gifts for the inconvenience! Overall very happy, couldnt recommend Esse enough.

The procedure was explained clearly, caring and risks of my tattoos, and customer service overall was just stunning.
