5 /5 Abigail-Grace Naumenko: I’ve been going to KV nails for about 5-6 years now and I just keep coming back because when I try any other place, I don’t come away with the same pampered feeling I get here. They really take time to be gentle but thorough with your nails, taking into to consideration what design you’d like and shape. And the inside is very relaxed and pretty! And they have a loyalty card which is always a perk! I recommend them 100%. Here are some examples of my nails by them!

They don’t take card payments, and because I had to pay by bank transfer, I was charged an unexpected £2 fee. It felt unfair, especially since I wasn’t told about it beforehand. When I called later to mention that this extra charge isn’t stated anywhere, I was told very unprofessionally that I “don’t have to come back.” I hope they improve transparency and customer service.
