Shannon Would not recommend to anyone! First time going here for festive and holiday nails! I called up to confirm treatments as this was the first time I visited the salon. I booked in for a take off and a fresh set. I understand that the end of December is a busy period for all but that does not allow disrespect and rudeness for a paid service. The blonde lady doing my nails was very rude and started taking off my nails which I thought was Biab gel but she said it was hard gel. After filing 3 nails, she explained if she continued they might lift and rudely said do you want me to carry on or not. Well 3 nails in I guess so lol. Regardless service was trash and the nails were even worse. I asked to cut some of the length off and square shape - she didn’t cut the length down and left them bubbly and misshaped. I asked for cat eye and it was just glittery. It looked as if I have 10 press on nails on one finger. I was charged £57 for terrible nails which were half done. When I left I messaged the instagram account to explain and was left waiting 24 hours for a response. The next day I called and asked how they could rectify and they offered a partial refund and to come in the new year for a new set. I refused and asked for a full refund and they sent which I appreciated. Spend your money elsewhere, will NOT be going back!

Monica Highly skilled and very professional staff with a welcoming atmosphere. I have extremely long thick hair, so assumed I may get turned away if busy or need to prebook. But Sonia and her team were so lovely and dedicated, that they decided to take on the challenge of my hair right there and then. I am so grateful as my hair has never looked so good in terms of cut & colour. I will definitely be back - Thank you again.

Maria Mendez I strongly recommend this place to do laser hair removal. After the first session the results start to become evident. The machines they use are very good as is pretty much pain-less. Neetu, the therapist that has done all my session is absolutely amazing! Personally and professionally! On top of that, prices are very competitive!
