1 /5 J Y: I had been a loyal client of Fatama for over a year, even following her to her new salon, but I didnt feel valued. After getting my hair straightened at work for a special occasion, just 4 weeks after my trim, I noticed that it was very uneven and had many split ends. My hair is always curly and bouncy, I wouldnt notice any issues until it was straightened. Considering Fatama’s expertise with afro curly hair, I expected a better haircut. I had never doubted her skills before, as my hair seemed to be growing well. However, I paid £50 for a wash and trim, without any additional services. She even had the audacity to ask if I wanted products applied to my hair afterwards and used low-quality products under £10. When I messaged her about my hair as soon as I noticed, she responded in a confrontational way and was dismissive. Loyalty means little to her. That’s why Im sharing this review. I cannot recommend her services anymore, as Ive started to see a change in her customer service and quality of work.
