Jess is so lovely too and always makes me feel comfortable, the fact that she takes her time and always asks if I’m happy with result / anything needs to be amended is what assures me she is consistent with the quality of her service. Would highly recommend!

1 /5 Chloe Darbey: I had visited KB lounge this week, after she done my lashes i was happy with the outcome, however as the day went on my eye became red and sore, i contacted the lady straight away and explained my eyes are in pain. she told me to brush them violently and wash them the next day, which i did, i had washed them 3 times a hour apart, and they were still in pain, i then picked out the lashes where they were hurting the most and multiple lashes were stuck to the handmade, this means that she could of damaged my natural lashes (well she did). i then decided to go to a lash tech near me to get them removed as my eyes were so irritated. the lash tech told me that many of my natural lashes were stuck to the handmades and there very close to my eyelid and not 3mm which there meant to be. which is why my eyes were so irritated, so she removed them for me. i then messaged the lady told her my situation and that i would like a refund, she said that in her policy it states no refunds, but this isn’t the case, if you value your lashes, do not go to this lash tech.
