Thi Thach Nails were clearly not their forte and so my mother and I left the store quite unhappy with the service. We tipped out of generosity.
The first layers of paint was thick; this usually only requires two layers for a level and consistent look. The glitter was added after and it looks and feels incredibly rough. Some of the product had bled to the side of my nails which is quite unsafe more so for me as I do have an allergy. Allergy or not, a professional would know that no product should come into contact with the skin.
My mother had stated she wanted an off/milky white and was given a pure white instead.
No care and attention to detail. We look forward to supporting local Vietnamese places but we will have to return to our usual spot.
We wish the best for this place and hope it improves in the future.
