5 /5 Sarah Roles: Katie’s nail bar is the best in Mill Hill!! The staff are simply lovely, really attentive, they do fabulous nails and really lovely atmosphere. They also always offer tea, coffee/drinks. They have a huge range of colours and all of their nail technicians are very well trained. I go regularly it’s a lovely experience. I come out with beautiful nails. I particularly love a pedicure, it’s so relaxing and they do my toes so well. Then also don’t over charge, really good prices. They also allow me to bring my dog who loves it there! I can highly recommend them.

1 /5 Alan Shaianne: So disappointed in the treatment I have received over my last few visits to this nail shop. I urge everyone to read the negative reviews before coming here as there is a continuous pattern, rude staff, making you feel very uncomfortable and horrible service. The quality of my nails each time have been very poor, acrylic left on the sides of my fingers so within a few days the nails all lift or the nail colour peels. The staff never listen to any requests you have such as asking for the nails to be slightly thinner etc. lf you say anything to them, you’re made out to be a problem customer for asking for the most basic things to be done so the nails will last. My last few pedicures have lasted 10 minutes, they rush you out the shop and don’t take the time to give you the full service you pay for. After my last visit, I complained that my nails were peeling and coming up from the sides after having the set for 2 days, they begrudgingly fixed the nails that were peeling and 2 days later the rest of my nails peeled. I went back to show them and one of the ladies walked away when I was speaking to her, they refused to fix my nails after I had just paid £30 for infills 4 days ago and all my nails were coming up from the sides and all the gel was peeling. After trying to reason with them for 20 minutes they fixed my nails and as I went to leave, the male staff member whispered “dont come back” so that other customers couldn’t hear him, after the customers all saw how badly they spoke to me. I was treated so badly due to their lack of care and quality of the nails and I left almost crying. The only kind person to work there is the owner who has always been very warm, however when your there to pay for a service such as a full set of acrylics, that doesnt matter as all the staff members are rude and horrible and will talk about you in their language and make you feel so uncomfortable. They have just lost a very loyal long term customer.

I really appreciated her help, and I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. Finally found a great nail tech in Paddington I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

1 /5 Gia Ticu: I had both a manicure and pedicure here, and unfortunately it was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. The cuticles were not trimmed, my nails were left uneven and poorly filed, and the overall finish looks very sloppy. On top of that, the atmosphere was uncomfortable — the staff’s attitude made me feel unwelcome, to the point where I felt almost intimidated rather than relaxed. For the price, I expected at least a basic standard of care and professionalism, but this was far from it.
