1 /5 Bette Lai: My husband bought me a £100 gift certificate for Christmas that was in the form of a letter giving no expiration date. Because of injury I was unable to use it straight away. Despite giving proof that payment was made (bank statement), Karve refused to honour it. I had tried to call many times, but there was never an answer. I finally went to the studio where someone making a smoothie buzzed me in. It is clear that Karve is unprofessional, unfair and understaffed. It is not run very well. I would recommend going to Third Space which has unlimited reformer classes with top instructors and many studios which can be used. Also, Virgin Active offers unlimited reformer classes as part of its monthly membership. Both Third Space and Virgin, unlike Karve, offer full gym facilities and pools with plenty of staff to answer your questions. They are also helpful and not deceitful like Karve. Karve does not seem to follow any code of conduct. There was no doubt payment of £100 was made to Karve and they could find no record of it being used, yet they penalised the customer by refusing to allow the credit. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs!

5 /5 Tiffany: This studio is amazing! I love the instructors vibe, super professional and helps you with your posture. Clean and smells fresh around the studio too. The lighting is amazing it looks so chic to take selfies. Really highly recommend if you enjoy a Pilates class but with a Lagree twist to it on your reformer. Front of house super kind

5 /5 Dina Vagani: I had an incredible experience at Karve Kensington. The instructor Grace was so attentive and supportive throughout the class, especially when I was trying new moves. My body was shaking after the session which is always a sign of a productive class! The changing facilities at the venue were well maintained and clean. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Margarita Lubkova: 10/10 THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Ive been doing pilates for 12 years and this is top tier. The LED REDLIGHT class was sensational, Courtney really pushing you to do things you didnt know your body was capable of, the 5 min meditation at the end really sets the positive energy for the day and the berry protein shake is a cherry on top. chefs kiss. thanks karve!

1 /5 Stella Parra: The studio has good facilities and quality equipment, but my experience in the Pilates class was very disappointing. It was my first time, and the instructor showed no patience at all and absolutely no emotional awareness or care. It’s unfortunate that a place with such potential is compromised by such unprofessional behavior.
